Powersprint Rohre und Bögen werden ausschließlich aus
Edelstahl der Güteklasse 304 AISI gefertigt. Verschiedene,
vorgefertigte Rohrbauteile erleichtern dem Anwender
die Arbeit und unterstützen die Möglichkeit komplizierter
Abgas-Konstruktionen, bis hin zur Konstruktion von Bauteilen
wie Fächerkrümmern.
Powersprint Konstruktionsteile finden Anwendung im
Automobil-, Motorrad- und Marine-Bereich.
Powersprint pipes and elbow pipes are exclusively manu-
factured from 304 AISI stainless steel. Various ready-made
components for easier handling allow the construction of
complex exhaust systems or exhaust system elements like
manifolds.
Powersprint exhaust components are to be used for vehicle,
motorbike or marine exhaust systems.

Powersprint ermöglicht mit dem 3-stufigen, universellen Schall-
dämpfer-Programm eine ausgewogene Abstimmung unter
Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Platzverhältnisse.
Drei unterschiedliche Absorptions-Schalldämpfer stehen dabei
zur Verfügung. Alle Powersprint Dämpfer werden ausschließlich
in Absorptionstechnik hergestellt und haben, dank ihrer hoch-
wertigen Verarbeitung, eine sehr gute Geräuschdämpfung und
hinterlassen einen dumpfen, satten Klang.
With its tripartite universal muffler product range Powersprint
enables a perfectly executed and adjusted exhaust system
considering the regarding space available.
There are three different types and lengths of free-flow
mufflers available. Powersprint mufflers are exclusively
manufactured with free-flow technology, processed in best
quality, resulting a very good and efficient acoustic insulation
and leaving a strong beefed up sound.

Für seine Edelstahl-Motorsport Katalysatoren verwen-
det Powersprint ausschließlich Metall Monolithen in zwei
Ausführungen, 200 cpsi (200 Zellen) oder 100 cpsi (100 Zellen).
Der Metall Monolith ist im Vergleich zur Standard Keramik
Ausführung viel robuster, zudem wird der Abgas­ gegendruck
bei 100 cpsi oder 200 cpsi Monolithen auf ein Minimum
reduziert. Dadurch werden Leistungseinbußen, bedingt durch
Staudruckerhöhungen, weitestgehend vermieden.
Powersprint Edelstahl Flexrohre dienen in erster Linie
dazu, der ansonsten starren Auspuffanlage eine gewisse
Beweglichkeit und Flexibilität zu geben. Durch den Einbau
und die gezielte Platzierung von Flexrohren wird verhindert,
dass fahrdynamische Kräfte, wie z. B. das „Motornicken“, die
Auspuffanlage übermäßig beanspruchen können, was in der
Folge immer wieder zu Rissen oder Brüchen im System führen
kann. Dies ist besonders im Motorsport sehr wichtig.
For motorsport catalytic converters Powersprint solely uses
metal monoliths in two versions: 200 cpsi (200 cells) or 100
cpsi (100 cells). In comparison to standard monoliths made of
ceramzics, the metal monolith is more resistant. Additionally
to this the exhaust gas back pressure will be reduced to a
minimum when using a monolith with 100 or 200 cpsi. Because
of this output losses due to an increased back pressure can be
eliminated to the greatest possible extent.
First and foremost Powersprint stainless steel flex pipes are
to be used for bringing certain movability and flexibility to
the normally very rigid exhaust system. With a well-directed
installation of flex pipes you can avoid an immoderate strain
due to the impact of driving dynamics like the “engine’s
pitching“, which mostly effects that the exhaust system
cracks or even breaks. This is very important – particularly
in motorsport.

Die Powersprint Short Box-Serie kommt, dank Ihrer kurzen
Bauweise überall da zum Einsatz, wo herkömmliche
Schalldämpfer zu lang sind. Mit der Short Box-Serie sind
selbst bei engen, verwinkelten Platzverhältnissen, sinnvolle
Konstruktionen möglich. Alle Short Box-Dämpfer sind
ausschließlich nach dem Absorptionsprinzip konstruiert
und bieten einen kraftvollen, „kernigen“ Sound bei voller
Leistungsentfaltung.
Ein besonderes Highlight sind unsere Powersprint Hoch-
leistungs-Aufhängungsteile und Gummis.
Sie sind aus witterungs- und temperaturbeständigem Silikon
VMQ hergestellt und leisten ihren Dienst selbst bei extremen
Temperaturbedingungen von -55°C bis +220°C.
Standard Gummis aus Naturkautschuk haben ein Temperatur-
Funktionsspektrum von -50°C bis +90°C.
The new Powersprint Short Box muffler range has been
manufactured with an extra short design to come in operation
where conventional mufflers do not fit because of their length.
With the Short Box range a lot of customized and reasonable
constructions are possible – even in tight and angled space.
All Powersprint Short Box mufflers are exclusively constructed
with free-flow technology and provide a strong beefed up
sound maintaining very sportive power characteristics.
The high performance exhaust hangers and rubbers are
definitely an outstanding highlight of the Powersprint Construct
product range.
They are made of weather and temperature resistant silicone
VMQ and provide their service even under extreme temperature
conditions between -55°C and +220°C.
Standard exhaust hangers made of natural rubber do have
an temperature operating spectrum just from -50°C up to
only +90°C.
