ZircoFlex I - einlagig | one-layer option

ZircoFlex Hitzeschutz
Die ZircoFlex Produktpalette
Der Isolationsgrad jedes Produktes ist unterschiedlich. Die Artikel-
bezeichnungen der Hitzeschutz-Folien richten sich nach der entsprechen-
den Isolationsfähigkeit. Von ZircoFlex I (einlagig), über ZircoFlex II (zwei-
lagig), bis ZircoFlex III (dreilagig), unterscheidet Zircotec die jeweilige
Iso lationswirkung. Den niedrigsten Isolationsgrad hat ZircoFlex I und den
höchsten Isolationsgrad hat ZircoFlex III.
Alle 3 Hitzeschutz-Folien gibt es in 2 verschiedenen Ausführungen,
als Folie und als selbstklebende Folie. Innerhalb der 3 Folien-Typen werden
jeweils 3 Größen angeboten: 297 x 210 mm, 450 x 550 mm und 900 x 550 mm.
Lediglich bei ZircoFlex I und nur in der nicht selbstklebenden Ausführung,
wird auch eine Mini Rolle in den Maßen (100 x 400 mm) angeboten.
Vorteile der Zirco­ Flex Hitzeschutz Folien
Bei gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht und dünner Materialausführung ist
ein Höchstmaß an Temperaturreduktion möglich. Die einlagige Aus-
führung besticht mit einem Materialgewicht von lediglich 460g/m2
,
bei einer Materialstärke von nur 0,25 mm. Bedingt durch das extrem
dünne aber effiziente Dämm-Material, erhöht sich der Einsatzbereich
signifikant. So lassen sich alle drei Produktvarianten selbst bei extrem
beengten Platzverhältnissen noch bestens verwenden. Die Viel-
seitigkeit wird auch dadurch noch erhöht, dass alle Folien einfach
zugeschnitten werden können und selbst bei 180° Bögen problemlos
verarbeitet werden können.

115°C. Das entspricht einer Reduktion von ca. -77%.

ZircoFlex Heat protection
The ZircoFlex product range
The grade of insulation varies between the diffe ent ZircoFlex products. The
article description of all heat protection foils comply with the regarding
insulation properties. Zircotec distinguishes between ZircoFlex I (one layer),
ZircoFlex II (two layers) and ZircoFlex III (three layers), which have diffe ent
insulation properties. The lowest grade of insulation owns ZircoFlex I and the
highest grade provides Zirco Flex III.
All three of them are available in two diffe ent options, either as standard
heat protection foil or with a self-adhesive back. Within each insulation
grade the following three diffe ent sizes are available: 297 mm x 210 mm,
450 mm x 550 mm und 900 mm x 550 mm.
Only for ZircoFlex I, but non-adhesive option, ZircoTec offe s a mini roll with
the size of 100 mm x 400 mm.
Advantages of Zirco­ Flex heat protection foils
Though owning low weight and very thin material properties ZircoFlex heat
protection foils provide maximum heat reduction. The one layer option
impresses with a surface weight of only 460 g/m2 and its material thickness
of 0,25 mm. Due to its extremely thin but efficient insulating material, there
is a significant variety of operational areas. Resulting from this all three
product alternatives are quite comfortable and easy to use even at very
constricted spaces. To increase the versatility of ZircoFlex foils you are able
to customize them by symply cutting them into shape as desired. Because of
this they are fitting even for 180° elbow pipes without any problem.

75°C. Das entspricht einer Reduktion von ca. -85%.
