HTX-S Thermoband Temperaturbereich -40°C bis max. +1600°C*
Das Powersprint HTX-S Thermoband ist ein extrem
hochtemperaturfestes Silikat-Band, das sich speziell für
den Einsatz an hitze- oder kälteführenden Rohrleitungen und
Bauteilen eignet.
Es ist für Dauer-Kontakttemperaturen von -40°C bis über
+1000°C konzipiert.
*Kurzfristig sind sogar Temperaturspitzen von bis zu
+1600°C möglich. Darüber hinaus zeichnet sich das HTX-S
Thermoband durch hervorragende chemische Beständigkeit,
exzellente physikalische Eigenschaften, sowie eine hohe
mechanische Belastbarkeit aus. HTX-S Thermoband hält die
Temperatur, da wo sie hingehört und auch gebraucht wird,
und verhindert einen Großteil der Strahlungshitze.
Das HTX-S Thermoband ist in zwei Breiten von 28 mm und
50 mm, sowie in verschiedenen Längen von 5 m, 15 m und
30 m erhältlich.
HTX-S Thermal wrap Temperature range -40°C up to +1600°C*
Powersprint HTX-S Thermal Wrap is an extreme high-
temperature resistant silicate band, which is especially
designed for usage on hot or cold piping and components. It
is suitable for continuance contact temperatures from -40°C
up to over +1000°C. *On a short term base, also temperatures
up to +1600°C are possible.
HTX-S Thermal Wrap has furthermore some outstanding
features like best chemical resistance, excellent physical
characteristics as well as very high mechanical stress
resistance. HTX-S Thermal Wrap keeps the temperature where
it belongs and where it is needed and prevents a huge part
of the radiation heat. HTX-S Thermal Wrap is available in two
widths 28 mm and 50 mm as well as in three lengths of 5 m,
15 m and 30 m, coming in rolls.
To fix the wrap we suggest using Powersprint stainless steel
HT quick-snap hose-clamp.

Das Powersprint HTX-B Thermoband ist ein hoch temperatur-
festes Basaltband (Wrap), das sich speziell für den Einsatz
an hitze- oder kälteführenden Rohrleitungen und Bauteilen
eignet. Es ist für Dauer-Kontakttemperaturen von -260°C bis
+800°C konzipiert. Kurzfristig sind sogar Temperaturspitzen
von bis zu +1400°C möglich. HTX-B Thermoband hält die
Temperatur da wo sie hingehört und auch gebraucht wird
und verhindert einen Großteil der Strahlungshitze.
Das HTX-B Thermoband ist in 30 mm Breite, sowie in ver-
schiedenen Längen von 5 m, 10 m, 15 m und 30 m erhältlich.

Das Powersprint HTX-E Thermoband ist ein hochtempera-
turfestes E-Glas-Band, das sich speziell für den Einsatz
an hitze- oder kälteführenden Rohrleitungen und Bauteilen
eignet. Es ist für Dauer-Kontakttemperaturen von -40°C bis
+550°C konzipiert.
*Kurzfristig sind sogar Temperaturspitzen von bis zu +800°C
möglich. HTX-E Thermoband hält die Temperatur da, wo sie
hingehört und auch gebraucht wird, und verhindert einen
Großteil der Strahlungshitze. Das HTX-E Thermoband ist in
zwei Breiten von 25 mm und 50 mm, sowie in verschiedenen
Längen von 5 m, 15 m und 30 m erhältlich.
Darüber hinaus bietet Powersprint das HTX-E Thermoband in
zwei Farbvarianten, Graphitschwarz oder Weiß an.

mm as well as in three lengths of 5 m, 15 m and 30 m, coming
in rolls. Additionally Powersprint offers the HTX-E Thermal
Wraps in two different colors, graphite black and white.
To fix the wrap we suggest using Powersprint stainless steel
HT quick-snap hose-clamp.
