Universelle Absorptions-Schalldämpfer
Zu verwenden als Vor-, Mittel oder Endschalldämpfer
Powersprint ermöglicht mit dem 3-stufigen, universellen Schalldämpfer-Programm eine ausgewogene Abstimmung
unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Platzverhältnisse. Drei unterschiedliche Absorptions-Schalldämpfer in
den Dämpferlängen „Short Box“ = 250 mm, „HF-35“ = 350 mm und „HF-45“ = 450 mm stehen dabei zur Verfügung. Alle
Powersprint Dämpfer werden ausschließlich in Absorptionstechnik hergestellt und haben, dank ihrer hochwertigen
Verarbeitung, eine sehr gute Geräuschdämpfung und hinterlassen einen dumpfen, satten Klang.
Bei der Auswahl kann man als Faustformel sagen, dass das jeweils längere Dämpfermodell die Geräuschemissionen
etwas mehr mindert. Man spricht dabei von einem höheren Dämpfungsvolumen. Je höher das Dämpfungsvolumen ist,
desto größer ist auch die Geräuschreduktion. Bei leistungsstarken Fahrzeugen oder großen Hubräumen wird eher ein
größeres Dämpfungsvolumen benötigt als bei kleineren Motoren oder bei niedrigerer Motorleistung. Abgestimmt auf die
Platzverhältnisse, können beispielsweise zwei kleinere Töpfe, die nacheinander montiert werden, den gleichen Effe t
haben wie ein großer Dämpfer.
Innerhalb der 3 Längen gibt es jeweils eine runde, bzw. eine ovale Dämpferform. Die runde Form wird ausschließlich
als Einrohr-Schalldämpfer hergestellt, wobei die ovale Form auch als doppelflutige Ausführung erhältlich ist. Zwei
Sondermodelle, eine mit Y-Rohrführung und eine mit X-Rohrführung, runden das ovale Programm ab.

With its tripartite universal muffler product range Powersprint enables a perfectly executed and adjusted exhaust
system considering the regarding space available. There are three different types and lengths of free-flow mufflers
available: the so-called “Short Box“ (250 mm), the “HF-35“ type (350 mm) and the “HF-45“ type (450 mm). Powersprint
mufflers are exclusively manufactured with free-flow technology, processed in best quality, resulting a very good and
efficient acoustic insulation and leaving a strong beefed up sound.
For an easier choice one can say, that in comparison to a small muffler a longer muffler body will decrease the emis-
sion of noise even more, because it has the bigger insulating volume. The bigger the insulating volume is, the higher
the reduction of noise. For high-performance cars or vehicles with higher capacity engines you will need a bigger
insulating volume than for smaller engines or vehicles with lower engine power. Regarding the available space it is also
possible to combine two small mufflers in line, which generate the same insulating eff ct of one big muffler.
Within the range of the three diffe ent lengths there are a round and an oval shape in each case. The round shaped
muffler is exclusively available with one pipe, whereas the oval shaped muffler is additionally available with two pipes.
Another two special pipe types complete the oval muffler range, one with an inner Y-pipe and the second one with
an inner X-pipe.

Der X-Rohr Schalldämpfer vereint die Eigenschaften eines Absorptions-Schalldämpfers und eines
X-Rohrs. Durch die spezielle X-Konstruktion und den dadurch entstehenden Unterdruck, entsteht eine stärkere
und ausgeglichene Abgasströmung und gleichzeitig werden die Geräusch-Emissionen durch die Absorptions-
elemente gesenkt.
The X-pipe muffler combines the typical characteristics of free-flow technology with the features of a X-pipe.
Due to the special inner X-shape and the emerging negative pressure, the arising exhaust flow gets stronger and
more regulated. In addition to that the noise emission will be reduced by the absorbing elements.
