Reduzier-Konus
Der universell einsetzbare Reduzier-Konus ermöglicht eine
weitestgehend stufenlose Durchmesser-Reduzierung bzw.
Anpassung. Bedingt durch seine glatten, stufenlosen Flanken,
begünstigt er einen optimierten Abgasstrom, ohne zusätzliche
Verwirbelungen. Es gibt ihn in zwei verschiedenen Ausführungen
(symmetrisch + asymmetrisch), als auch in zwei unterschied-
lichen Längen (100 mm + 200 mm) und mit drei unterschiedlichen
Anschlussdurchmessern (89 mm Ø auf 50 mm Ø, 101,6 mm Ø auf
60 mm Ø und 127 mm Ø auf 60 mm Ø).
Der Rohr-Querschnitts-Verlauf ist gleichmäßig, linear, so dass der
Reduzier-Konus an jeder beliebigen Stelle auf der Längsachse
abgeschnitten werden kann, um ein neues Anschlussmaß zwischen
Anschluss-Ø „A“ und Anschluss-Ø „B“, unter Beibehaltung des Flan-
kenwinkels, herzustellen. Zum Erstellen weiterer Anschlussmaße
durch Kürzen empfehlen wir die 200 mm Version. Durch den steileren
Flankenwinkel lassen sich neue Anschlussmaße einfach und präzise
festlegen. Die Materialstärke des Reduzier-Konus bleibt, anders als
bei kaltgezogenen Werkstücken, über die gesamte Fläche konstant.
Der Einsatzbereich des Reduzier-Konus ist vielfältig. Er eignet sich
u. a. auch besonders dazu, Bauteile wie Katalysatoren etc. in eine
Abgasanlage einzubinden. Die asymmetrische Ausführung ermöglicht
eine angepasste, veränderbare bzw. versetzte Rohrweiterführung.
Bedingt durch die unterschiedliche Grundlänge (...(A)S-100 und
... (A)S-200) und aufgrund ihrer statischen Anschlussmaße, haben
beide Modelle unterschiedliche Flankenwinkel.
Reduction cone
The Powersprint reduction cone, which can be applied universally,
allows a stepless reduction or rather customisation of diameter to the
greatest possible extend. Due to its smooth and stepless flanks the
cone abets an improved exhaust gas flow without any additional swir-
ling. There are two diffe ent shape options available (symmetric or
asymmetric), as well as two diffe ent lengths (100 mm or 200 mm) with
three diffe ent connecting diameters (89 mm Ø reducing to 50 mm Ø,
101,6 mm Ø reducing to 60 mm Ø or 127 mm Ø reducing to 60 mm Ø).
The pipe cross section runs permanent straight proportional, so that
the reduction cone can be shortened on any position of the centre
line, to achieve a new connection size between connection A and B –
remaining the original flank angle. To achieve more connection size by
shortening the cone we recommend the 200 m version. Because of the
steeper flank angle you will be able to produce new connection sizes
accurately in a very easy way. The material thickness of the reduction
cone will keep the same all along the whole material area, in opposite
to workparts which have been cold drawn.
The field of application of the Powersprint reduction cone is incre-
dibly versatile. Among other things it suits perfectly to embed other
components like catalytic converters into an exhaust system.
The asymmetric version allows an adjusted, changeable and shifted
pipe routeing.
Due to the diffe ent basic lengths (...(A)S-100 und ... (A)S-200) and
because of its static connection sizes, both cone types come with
diffe ent flank angles.
